Sylvan is what is called a "one-person dog". Willingly accompany his owner during daily walks, as well as evening lounging on the couch - just to be close to a person. Sylvan is not a fan of a lot of physical activity or chasing a ball, but he loves sniffing and exploring new places and walking trails. Due to the desire to chew everything around, the dog may pull relatively hard at the beginning of the walk. After some time, he calms down and walks with him are a pleasure. Sylvan also has a problem with excessive excitement about food, both his own and human's - this requires work. Currently, Sylvan reacts differently to encountered dogs.

Sylvan to tak zwany pies „jednego człowieka”. Swojemu właścicielowi z chęcią będzie towarzyszył w codziennych spacerach, jak i wieczornym wylegiwaniu na kanapie – byle być blisko człowieka. Sylvan nie jest fanem dużej aktywności fizycznej czy też ganianiu za piłką, ale za to uwielbia węszyć i poznawać nowe miejsca i ścieżki spacerowe. Ze względu na chęć obwąchania wszystkiego dookoła, pies na początku spaceru może stosunkowo mocno ciągnąć. Po czasie się uspokaja i spacery z nim to przyjemność. Sylvan ma też problem z nadmierną ekscytacją na jedzenie zarówno jego jak i ludzkie – wymaga to pracy. Aktualnie Sylvan różnie reaguje na napotkane psy.
