Teddy
Mixed Breed Cat · Male · Young · 2 years
Personality:Teddy quickly settled into our care and craves human company. He rests in his safe area, such as his bed when he is undisturbed, but makes a friendly greeting when Staff go in to socialise him. He is not keen on the confinements of the cattery and sometimes doesn’t want his socialisers to leave. Behaviour:Teddy meows to greet his socialisers and once they have sat down, he is often quick to sit on their lap purring away and headbutting their hand for a fuss. He enjoys a cheek stroke and will lean in for more. He is also content laying by your side watching the world go by. He does have high energy at times, where he loves a good play and chase after his toys. Housing:Teddy does prefer the safety of his unit and finds new surroundings a little scary, so for this reason he would benefit from his own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. He cannot be homed in Warsash, so31 area. Children/pets:Teddy would need to be the only pet in the household due to his previous history and on-site observations. He could live with an older secondary school aged child. Vet history:Teddy is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. His second vaccination is due between 29/07/26 – 4/08/26 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Teddy has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption. Adoption fee:The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
