Who am I? Hi! I'm Tyson, a Malinois almost 3 years old. You can still see the scars on my paws from my time on a chain in Greece, but just look at my heart: it's worth gold again! I'm a lively, cheerful guy and I'm ready to really start my life in the Netherlands! After my time in Greece I had a home for a while, but due to sad circumstances of my owner I'm once again ready with my suitcase. At first it was difficult for me to trust people (and who could blame me!), but just look at me now. I've become the biggest all-around friend at the animal shelter. The caretakers here are immediately happy when they see my cheerful face! What makes me happy? That's a tough question... I'm a real Malinois: smart, loyal and always up for action! In my free time I'm happiest outside discovering things with you. I learn faster than you can say "cookie" and I love working for you. Once we're friends, I'm a big cuddle monster and I won't leave your side. Yes, sometimes new situations still seem a bit exciting to me, but I've learned something very important: teamwork. If I don't know what to do, I look at the person on the other side of the line. I trust that you have the solution, and then I confidently follow you. Basically, I'm looking for an owner who wants to be my "coach"! What am I looking for in a new owner? I'm looking for someone who loves my active herder personality, but also understands that I sometimes need a wink or confirmation. Someone who dares to take control when I feel unsafe. In return, you'll get a friend for life who would literally and figuratively go through fire for you! Are you ready for a good dose of happiness and do you want those wonderful long walks through the forest or across the heath, then I'm looking for you. How will we become a top team? Because I'm such a clever guy, we do it in a unique way at the animal shelter so we can make a fantastic start: I can't wait to meet you!

Wie ben ik?Hoi! lk ben Tyson, een Mechelse Herder van bijna 3 jaar oud. Aan mijn poten zie je nog de littekens van mijn tijd aan een ketting in Griekenland, maar moet je mijn hart eens zien: dat is inmiddels weer goud waard! lk ben een levenslustige, vrolijke kerel en ik ben er klaar voor om mijn leven in Nederland écht te beginnen! Na mijn tijd in Griekenland heb ik even een thuis gehad, maar door verdrietige omstandigheden van mijn baasje sta ik weer met mijn koffers klaar. In het begin vond ik het lastig om mensen te vertrouwen (en geef me eens ongelijk!), maar moet je me nu eens zien. lk ben inmiddels de allergrootste allemansvriend van het asiel geworden. De verzorgers hier worden direct blij als ze mijn vrolijke kop zien! Waar maak je mij blij mee?Dat is een lastige vraag… lk ben een echte Mechelaar: slim, loyaal en altijd in voor actie! In mijn vrije tijd ben ik het liefst buiten om samen met jou dingen te ontdekken. lk leer sneller dan je “koekje” kunt zeggen en ik werk ontzettend graag voor je. Als we eenmaal vrienden zijn, ben ik een enorme knuffelkont en wijk ik niet van je zijde. Ja, soms vind ik nieuwe situaties nog even spannend, maar ik heb iets heel belangrijks geleerd: samenwerken. Als ik het even niet weet, kijk ik naar de persoon aan de andere kant van de lijn. lk vertrouw erop dat jij de oplossing hebt, en dan loop ik vol zelfvertrouwen met je mee.
