He currently lives at the Hundepension Grisette in the Swiss Jura and brings everything that Galgo enthusiasts appreciate: elegance, sensitivity, and a special aura. YANNIS shows some shyness towards people—quite typical for many Galgos—but has already made noticeable progress in just a few weeks with us. Patient and experienced dog parents who are familiar with handling insecure galgos could be just right for him. His new home should definitely offer a confident companion by his side, as fellow animals give him security and help him come out of his shell. YANNIS gets along very well with other dogs and clearly enjoys their company. As YANNIS is finely tuned and more reserved, we recommend a home with children aged twelve and older, where consideration and understanding for his personality are shown. With loving guidance and some time, this young Galgo will surely grow into a lively and faithful companion. Er lebt derzeit in der Hundepension Grisette im Schweizer Jura und bringt alles mit, was Windhundliebhaber schätzen: Eleganz, Sensibilität und eine besondere Ausstrahlung. Menschen gegenüber zeigt sich YANNIS noch etwas scheu – ganz typisch für viele Galgos – doch bereits in den wenigen Wochen bei uns hat er spürbare Fortschritte gemacht. Geduldige und erfahrene Hundeeltern, die den Umgang mit unsicheren Windhunden kennen, könnten für ihn genau das Richtige sein. Sein neues Zuhause sollte unbedingt einen souveränen Hund an seiner Seite bieten, denn Artgenossen geben ihm Sicherheit und helfen ihm, aus sich herauszukommen. Mit anderen Hunden ist YANNIS sehr verträglich und geniesst ihre Gesellschaft sichtlich. Da YANNIS feinfühlig und eher zurückhaltend ist, empfehlen wir ein Zuhause mit älteren Kindern ab etwa zwölf Jahren, in dem Rücksicht und Verständnis für seine Persönlichkeit aufgebracht wird.
