Amara, a female mixed breed dog, is waiting for a loving home in 16845 Stüdenitz. She was born in 2019 and is 45cm tall. Amara is friendly with children, dogs, and cats but has a strong interest in cats. She is intelligent, quickly understood the rules of her foster family, and is house trained. Amara enjoys cuddling and will turn onto her back for belly rubs when happy. She is well-behaved on walks but can be stubborn at times. Amara is a loyal companion who seeks human contact and will roll over to greet you. In the garden, she loves to play with other dogs and often runs around in circles. On walks, she walks nicely on a leash but may pull occasionally. She is generally calm and does not require long walks. A broken leg from her time in Romania has caused a slight leg length difference, but she seems comfortable and the vet did not recommend surgery. Amara lives with other dogs, horses, cats, and children at her foster home and gets along well with them. She is protective of her food and does not like aggressive behavior from other dogs. Sie ist nicht nur eine absolute Schmusemaus, sondern ein Hund der sich in die Herzen ihrer Menschen lächelt und ja sie lächelt tatsächlich! Wenn sie zufrieden ist, verzieht sie das Mäulchen, als würde sie grinsen 🥰 Sie ist sehr intelligent, die Regeln des Zusammenlebens mit ihrer Pflegefamilie hat sie super schnell verstanden. Stubenrein war sie von Tag 1 an. Sie hat sich super in die vorhandene Hundegruppe eingefunden und im Eiltempo ihre Liebe für die Couch entdeckt. Amara ist eine absolut treue Seele, die immer wieder den Kontakt zu ihren Menschen sucht. Wenn man an Ihrem Bettchen nähert, kippt sie grundsätzlich zum Bauchkraulen um – einfach vorbeigehen ist nicht möglich. Im Garten genießt sie das Toben mit den anderen Hunden und muss besonders große Freude immer mit einer Ehrenflitzerunde besiegeln. Beim Gassi läuft sie gut an der Leine, mit kleinen sturen Momenten 😅 Sie ist sehr orientiert am Menschen und wird nach entsprechender Eingewöhnung sicherlich auch gut ohne Leine laufen können – zumindest in ruhiger Umgebung. Sie zeigt sich grundsätzlich eher als ausgeglichene Begleitung, die keine riesigen Runden braucht, auch wenn sie gern unterwegs ist. In Rumänien muss sie sich vor vielen Jahrenn das Vorderbein gebrochen haben, der Bruch ist leider nicht ganz gerade zusammen gewachsen – dadurch entstand eine Verkürzung des Beins. Wir haben das von einem Chirurgen natürlich röntgen und untersuchen lassen. Da sie aber super zurecht kommt, keine Schmerzen zu haben scheint, hat dieser von einer Operation abgeraten. Amara lebt auf ihrer Pflegestelle mit anderen Hunden, Pferden, Katzen und Kindern zusammen. All das meistert sie super. In der Hundegruppe lässt sie sich nicht die Butter vom Brot nehmen, aber genießt auch die Nähe und Zuneigung ihrer Hundekumpel. Sie mag aber kein grenzüberschreitendes Verhalten anderer Hunde. Amara ist wirklich eine wundervolle Hündin, die das Herz ihrer Pflegefamilie im Eiltempo erobert hat. Wer sie adoptiert, bekommt einfach eine Traumhündin. Wir wünschen uns für sie liebevolle Menschen, die gern einen Hund als Freund und Begleiter adoptieren möchten, aber kein Hundesport von ihr erwarten.
