BLONDIE arrived in January 2025 from the terrible killing station Barlad into the private animal shelter “Life goes on” in Sibiu. These experiences have left their mark: BLONDIE is initially cautious around people. In everyday life, he shows himself to be friendly and interested. As soon as someone approaches him during free-roaming time, he takes a few steps back wagging his tail—but then comes over curiously and happily eats the delicious wet food straight from your hand. BLONDIE is a sensitive dog who needs time to build trust. In the right environment, with clear structures, patience, and understanding, BLONDIE will gradually open up—but for that, he urgently needs the chance to leave the shelter and find himself in a calm, peaceful setting. An experienced first dog would certainly help BLONDIE gain confidence and use the other dog’s behavior as a guide. At present, he lives together with two other male dogs. We are looking for experienced people who know how to handle uncertain dogs and can accompany BLONDIE without pressure, yet with clarity and calmness, so that he can become confident, relaxed, and joyfully himself. Blondie was born around June 15, 2020. He stands 48 cm tall and is still very thin, weighing 18 kg. He has been medically well prepared—fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. An appointment for his departure must be arranged. BLONDIE kam im Januar 2025 aus der furchtbaren Tötungsstation Barlad ins private Tierheim „Life goes on“ in Sibiu. Diese Erfahrungen haben Spuren hinterlassen: BLONDIE ist Menschen gegenüber erst einmal vorsichtig. Im Alltag zeigt er sich freundlich und interessiert. Sobald jemand im Freilauf auf ihn zukommt, geht er schwanzwedelnd ein paar Schritte zurück, kommt dann aber neugierig auf einen zu und frisst das leckere Nassfutter aus der Hand. BLONDIE ist ein sensibler Hund, der Zeit braucht um Vertrauen aufzubauen. In der richtigen Umgebung, mit klaren Strukturen, Geduld und Verständnis wird BLONDIE sich Schritt für Schritt öffnen – dafür braucht er jedoch dringend die Chance, das Tierheim zu verlassen und in einem ruhigen Umfeld anzukommen. Ein souveräner Ersthund würde BLONDIE bestimmt helfen, Sicherheit zu gewinnen und sich am Verhalten des anderen Hundes zu orientieren. Zur Zeit lebt er mit noch zwei Rüden zusammen. Gesucht werden erfahrene Menschen, die mit unsicheren Hunden umgehen können und BLONDIE ohne Druck, aber mit Klarheit und Ruhe begleiten, damit er selbstbewußt und unbefangen fröhlich werden kann. Blondie wurde ca. am 15.06.2020 geboren. Er ist 48 cm groß und noch sehr dünn. Er wiegt 18 kg. Er wurde medizinisch gut vorbereitet; vollständig geimpft, kastriert und gechipt. Ein Termin für die Ausreise muss vereinbart werden.
