He prefers friendly dogs and, in turn, finds less friendly fellow animals not so appealing. Charly needs dog-experienced people who are familiar with his breed. He would thrive in a loving home without children, where he is given patience and love, where he is actively included in the daily routine, is part of the family, and where he is encouraged and challenged without being overwhelmed.
