I am Dotty … a young German Shepherd female with a big heart, a strong bond to her people – and the wish to finally arrive. Would you like to know more about me? I bring the typical nature of a shepherd dog: loyal, eager to learn, and ready to fully commit to my primary caregiver – once you've earned my trust. But I don't make it easy right away: I am initially mistrustful and unsure because in my past life, I unfortunately didn't get to know much and simply had bad luck. That's why I have also unfortunately already bitten. But it probably just lacked the right environment. But I am super loving and cuddly with my favorite people and always want to do everything right. I need and can still learn a lot, and we will definitely manage that together. With good company, I am also compatible with other dogs. Unfortunately, I am currently barely leash-trained. That also stands on my training list. But the right home will still bring out so much more in me. Then I can also finally show what I am capable of. I am very vigilant and protective of my people. I wish for … a dog-experienced home in a quiet environment, which shows me with patience, clarity, and positive guidance how great dog life can be. Please plan several visits to the animal shelter for the meet-and-greet and note that a leash and muzzle are required for me. Children should not live in my new home. My greatest happiness? Ich bin Dotty … eine junge Schäferhund-Dame mit großem Herzen, einer starken Bindung zu ihren Menschen – und dem Wunsch, endlich ankommen zu dürfen. Möchtest du mehr über mich erfahren?Ich bringe das typische Wesen eines Schäferhundes mit: loyal, lernfreudig und bereit, mich für meine Bezugsperson voll und ganz einzusetzen – wenn man sich mein Vertrauen erarbeitet hat. Denn leicht mache ich es einem nicht sofort: Ich bin anfangs misstrauisch und unsicher, weil ich in meinem bisherigen Leben leider nicht viel kennenlernen durfte und einfach Pech hatte. Deshalb habe ich auch leider schon gebissen. Es mangelte aber vermutlich einfach am richtigen Umfeld. Aber ich bin zu meinen Lieblingsmenschen super lieb, verschmust und möchte immer alles richtig machen. Ich muss und kann noch viel lernen das kriegen wir gemeinsam ganz bestimmt hin. Bei guter Vergesellschaftung bin ich auch mit anderen Hunden verträglich. Leider bin ich momentan kaum leinenführig. Auch das steht also noch auf der Trainingsliste. Aber das richtige Zuhause wird noch viel Tolles aus mir rausholen. Dann darf ich auch endlich zeigen, was in mir steckt. Ich bin sehr wachsam und beschütze meine Menschen. Ich wünsche mir … ein hundeerfahrenes Zuhause in ruhiger Umgebung, das mir mit Geduld, Klarheit und positiver Führung zeigt, wie toll das Hundeleben sein kann. Plane zum Kennenlernen bitte mehrere Besuche im Tierheim ein und beachte, dass für mich Leinen- und Maulkorbpflicht besteht. Kinder sollten nicht in meinem neuen Zuhause leben. Mein größtes Glück? Menschen, die mir zeigen, dass man es auch mit schlechter Vergangenheit zu einem tollen Hundeleben bringen kann.
