This angel, whom we have named DUG, was abandoned at a construction site, and they were threatening to chase him away from there. Luckily we heard about him, and the young woman who found out he existed didn't hesitate to set out even at night and travel quite a few km to help him. The poor boy has already been to the vet: they ran tests, and we are awaiting the results. A rapid test came back positive for Leishmania, so we have begun the fight to bring him through, as he truly deserves. 09 November 2023: Look how handsome DUG is, his whole gaze has changed... 19 June 2024: He's spending the summer in the best company, adopt DUG! 18 September 2025: Unfortunately, the Leishmania levels have become uncontrolled again, so we are returning to the antileishmanial injections morning and night, corticosteroids and allopurinol, all obviously monitored very closely by our veterinarians. Este ángel, al que hemos llamado DUG, estaba abandonado en una obra y amenazaban con echarle de allí. Por suerte hemos sabido de él y la chica que supo de su existencia, no dudó en ponerse en marcha incluso de noche e ir a bastantes km para prestarle ayuda. El pobre ya ha pasado por el veterinario: le han realizado análisis y estamos a esperas de los resultados.
