Jaspi on pieni musta pojanrääpäle, jota jotkut voisivat kuvailla jopa hieman hyperaktiiviseksi. Hän on 1-2 vuotias, utelias, leikkisä ja halutessaan rohkeakin. Jaspi rakastaa huiskaleluja, pehmoleluja, palloja, vähän kaikkea mikä liikkuu. Jaspi tykkää vähän kaikesta kivasta. Poju oli saapuessaan kovin ujon oloinen mutta uteliaisuus voitti nopeasti ja kiltti, reipas Jaspi on hyvin nopeasti tottunut myös ihmisten läsnäoloon. Hän tulee tutustumaan, leikkii ihmisen kanssa, syö herkkua kädestä tarjottuna ja haluaa tutkia kaiken. Jaspi seuraa vierestä siivoamistakin. Hänellä on myös herkkä puolensa, ja käsittely ja koskettelu on vielä pelottavaa, vaikka rauhallisesti tehtynä sekin onnistuu. Jaspin kanssa tarpeelliset hoitotoimet ja esim. kopittaminen on tehtävä rauhallisesti ja esim. pyyhkeeseen käärimisestä pieni menee paniikkiin. Tämä tuli todettua kun pikkumiestä vietiin hammaslääkäriin, ja kopittamisen ja lääkärikäyntien stressin lieventämiseksi onkin otettu Jaspille käyttöön bonqat-rauhoittava lääkevalmiste. Poika paralta täytyi poistaa lähes kaikki hampaat, vain kulmahampaat jäivät jäljelle. Suu onneksi parani hyvin ja samalla saatiin vähän tuntumaa siihen, millainen rohkea pikku soturi Jaspi loppujen lopuksi on. Hän on lapsekkaalla energiallaan hurmannutkin jokaisen, joka hänet on tavannut. Jaspi on kissasosiaalinen ja vaikuttaa olevan erityisen kiintynyt kämppikseensä Melbaan. Hän on kova halimaan toisia kissoja ja hakee seuraa ja turvaa isommistaan. Jaspi, kuten toverinsakin, on FiV positiivinen ja siksi häntä ei voida luovuttaa kotiin jossa on FiV-negatiiviseksi todettuja kissoja. Hän kuitenkin ehdottomasti tarvitsee lajitoverin seuraa. Hänelle olisi hyvä olla kotona valmiiksi seuraa kaipaava, kiltti Fiv-kissa tai hän voisi lähteä omaan kotiin jonkun nykyisen toverinsa kanssa. Immuunikatoviruksen riskeihin tutustuminen etukäteen olisi tärkeää kaikilta kotiehdokkailta. Fiv-kissa voi elää hyvin hoidettuna normaalin, hyvän ja pitkänkin elämän kun huolehditaan kissan perus- ja terveydellisistä tarpeista.
