Die neugierig schief gelegte Kopfhaltung, die schwarzen Knopfaugen, die wuscheligen Öhrchen und dieses glänzende schwarze Welpenfell. Lupo sieht aus, als hätte jemand den perfekten Familienhund gezeichnet und anschließend noch eine Extraportion Niedlichkeit darübergestreut. Der kleine Mann ist etwa drei Monate alt und entdeckt gerade mit voller Begeisterung die Welt. Alles ist spannend. Alles muss untersucht werden. Und natürlich wird zwischendurch ausgiebig gekuschelt, denn Lupo findet Menschen mindestens genauso interessant wie neue Abenteuer. Kuscheln? Noch großartiger. Neue Dinge lernen? Sofort! Mit anderen Hunden kommt er bestens zurecht und zeigt sich welpentypisch offen, freundlich und neugierig. Katzen kennt er bisher noch nicht näher, können wir aber selbstverständlich testen. Seine Mama ist eine Kroatische Schäferhündin, weshalb man davon ausgehen darf, dass Lupo nicht nur süß aussieht, sondern später auch eine ordentliche Portion Köpfchen mitbringen wird. Er sucht daher Menschen, die Freude daran haben, gemeinsam mit ihm zu lernen, ihn altersgerecht zu fördern und ihm die Welt zu zeigen. Nicht weil er ein Arbeitstier werden muss – sondern weil schlaue Hunde es lieben, ihr Gehirn benutzen zu dürfen. Lupo wächst seit seiner Rettung gemeinsam mit seinen Geschwistern im Tierheim auf. Nun steht für fast alle das große Abenteuer “eigenes Zuhause” bevor. Denn während seine Geschwister Ende Juli ihre Familien finden, wartet Lupo noch auf die eine Nachricht, die sein Leben verändern könnte.
