Simba is a devoted and sensitive male cat with a big personality. He seeks his forever home as an outdoor cat in a family with or without older children, and without other animals. He's social and comes running when called, especially for pets or treats. He appreciates affection but is clear about his boundaries. Initially he may seem unpredictable - sudden arm movements make him uncertain, but he calms down once he understands your good intentions. He just needs time to get to know you. He loves spending days relaxing in favorite spots like windowsills, closets, or best of all, on your lap or in your bed. He enjoys playing with balls, which brings out his fun, quirky orange personality.

Simba er en hengiven, kosete og sensitiv pusegutt med masse personlighet. Han søker sitt for-alltid-hjem hos en kattevant familie med eller uten eldre barn. Simba ønsker seg tilgang på gode og trygge utemuligheter. Jeg har vært lenge hos DOOA, men er heldig som har fått veldig mange menneskevenner. De som kjenner meg godt, sier jeg har en egen evne til å sette spor. Kanskje fordi jeg er så tydelig på hva jeg ønsker, eller fordi det er lett å kjenne igjen noe sårbart i meg? Jeg er en sosial fyr som kommer løpende når du roper på meg – spesielt hvis jeg aner at det vanker kos eller godbit. Jeg setter veldig pris på kos, men er også tydelig på egne grenser og sier ifra når jeg får nok. Jeg kan bli litt overstimulert av og til, og brå bevegelser med armene kan gjøre meg litt usikker, men jeg finner fort roen. Jeg er en skikkelig kosegris, og elsker å ligge på fanget eller brystet ditt, og jeg legger meg ofte så godt til rette at det virker som om jeg prøver å bli en del av deg. Siden jeg har tilbragt mye av tiden min ute er det noe jeg er veldig glad i, så en katteluke er noe som er viktig for meg. Når jeg er inne synes jeg det er deilig å late meg. Jeg slapper godt av på yndlingsplassene mine, som enten er i vinduskarmen, i en koselig hule, i klesskapet ditt, eller på fanget ditt. På kvelden legger jeg meg gjerne i sengen sammen med deg, klar for en god natts søvn. Jeg er kanskje 10 år, men lek er fortsatt gøy, spesielt baller!
