Testimony of the adoption of the kitten Loustik in 2017 Published on March 26, 2022 by Brigit Adorable tabby kitten adopted in a wonderful family, at 3 months with already a cat of 1 year. Who found a great playmate! Loustik the tabby kitten and Myto the ginger ... Testimony from Loustik about his arrival in his new family: Miaowww to everyone... First of all, I introduce myself, my name is Loustik, and it suits me perfectly 😉 I was adopted as a kitten at the age of three months. My parents already had a cat, Myto, who was almost one year old when I arrived at their home. But my feline brother was bored and Mom managed to convince Dad to adopt another cat to keep him company. When Mom has an idea in her head, nothing stops her! So, during the end of the year holidays, she spotted me on the website of the Drancy Cat School ... and oh my, she fell in love with my photo and my story which moved her a lot. So with Dad they decided to call Laurence, meet me and adopt me. The first visit was the right one, Mom "crushed" again in front of my little face, even though she saw me very little because I am shy with humans. Here we are on January 14, 2017, I arrive in my new family ... I'm in my box, I stick out my nose and who do I see???? My new playmate (Mom prefers to say that it's my brother). No time to waste, even though I am timid, I get out of my box and run away from the adults but close to Myto the ginger ... He returned the favor because until after midnight we were getting to know each other without stopping ... and already the next day we were both sleeping in the same box, much to the joy of our parents! Go up Integration was rather cool ... Successful adoption .... YES !!!! So here it is, I am very close to Myto but in terms of my parents it was harder. But they gave me time ... and thanks to my brother who sleeps on their bed, and that I am everywhere, well, I have also integrated the bed and accepted the petting. It was a big victory for my parents who saw that in addition I purr like a boiler ... Dad always tells Mom that they would need a remote control to lower the volume; o) Here it is, after a few weeks I even sit on Dad's lap in the evening for my long cuddle. I have well tamed all corners of the house, I have done all possible and unimaginable mischiefs. My parents tell me that I do them every day and that I never lack imagination. Moreover, my brother watches me from afar and often it makes him speechless! Ah ah ... I am the youngest but the most daring. Yes, I play with everything, I climb everywhere, I make everything fall, I even steal food when Mom has her back turned. Hummmm, how to say ... I think I am very greedy! Or maybe I lacked food as a baby and now I want to eat, eat. So when a small piece of pâté "falls" into our dishes, what happiness !!!!!!! The purring machine starts again. Anyway, my purring machine never breaks down. I was only five months old (at the time of the testimony ... now 3 years) and I still have a lot, a lot of mischief to do! Mom wonders what I will invent tomorrow ... But I am having fun like a little madman, I think I am happy actually! So a big MIAOU to the association, to my foster family and to my parents who will take care of Myto and me. Loustik, Carine and the whole family Special dedication to this family who remained faithful to us, in many ways, since day one. And who made one of our protected ones happy. They are real animal lovers and they represent well what we look for for our cats and kittens. Thank you again to them!!

How do I contact the shelter about Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton Loustik en 2017?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. École du Chat de Drancy handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton Loustik en 2017 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton Loustik en 2017 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — École du Chat de Drancy will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton Loustik en 2017 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton Loustik en 2017 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with École du Chat de Drancy early rather than rehoming privately; they know Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton Loustik en 2017 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (FR). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
