Lucky is a Maltese male, born in April 2025, who was given up by his owners due to lack of time. He lived with his previous owners, children aged 4 to teenage years, in a rural area, but spent more time outdoors than indoors. The little guy needs some time to warm up to strangers and dogs. He initially appears defensive and evasive. Lucky is generally a very nice and affectionate fellow. Once he has gained trust, he is very attached to his humans and shows himself to be quite affectionate and friendly. He is well-behaved in the shelter, house-trained and should not be a problem to be left alone with a bit of practice. We are looking for a home for him where he can receive a bit of patience and respectful treatment.

Lucky ist ein im April 2025 geborener Malteser-Rüde, der aus Zeitmangel der Besitzer abgegeben wurde. Er lebte bei seinen Vorbesitzern gemeinsam mit den Kinder im Alter von 4 Jahren bis Teenageralter im ländlichen Bereich, war jedoch mehr im Freien, als im Haus. Der kleine Mann braucht ein bisschen Zeit, um mit fremden Menschen und auch Hunden warm zu werden. Er zeigt sich anfangs eher abwehrend und ausweichend. Lucky ist aber grundsätzlich ein sehr netter und anhänglicher Kerl. Hat er erstmal Vertrauen gefasst, orientiert er sich sehr an seinen Menschen und zeigt sich durchaus verschmust und freundlich. Hier im Tierheim ist er brav stubenrein und auch das Alleinbleiben sollte mit ein bisschen Übung kein Problem darstellen. Wir suchen für ihn ein Zuhause, wo man ihm ein bisschen Geduld und respektvollen Umgang zukommen lässt.
