Meet Pablo Pablo is a handsome 13-month-old tricolour Beagle who is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. Pablo is a young dog who loves going for walks and exploring the great outdoors. He needs an adult-only home with people who can provide the time, patience, structure and training he needs to develop into a happy and well-adjusted companion. Training and Behaviour Pablo is housetrained and crate trained, can travel in the car and can be left alone. He wears a harness for walks and is not currently let off lead. As a young Beagle, Pablo needs continued training to help him learn boundaries, respond reliably to commands and listen to his handler. His owner feels he would benefit from further help with his training, particularly as he can struggle when told “NO”. He does have some resource guarding issues which need managing correctly. People and Children Pablo is not suitable for a home with children. Any new home must be prepared to give Pablo clear, fair boundaries without confrontation and to work with a suitably qualified, reward-based behaviour professional. Other Dogs Pablo has not shown aggression towards other dogs, although he becomes excited when approaching them on the lead. His owner feels he could live with another dog.
