Our lovable Rambo is a 9-year-old Mops who is looking for people who would be willing to give him patience, understanding, and lots of love to enjoy a happy life. Rambo is an exceptionally friendly and open-minded dog. He gets along well with other dogs and always greets people kindly and openly. He particularly enjoys affection, cuddles, and the closeness of his trusted people. Due to his age and health condition, Rambo does not see very well anymore. Additionally, he is currently still carrying quite a few extra kilograms. The good news is that he has already lost 2 kilograms and is motivated to continue his journey to a healthier weight. At the moment, Rambo needs several shorter walks spread throughout the day, as he is not yet used to longer distances. With the right support, however, he is steadily building up his stamina and shows great willingness to learn and be motivated. For Rambo, we would like to find a home with experienced Mops owners or with people who have consciously dealt with the health challenges of the Mops breed. His future people should have understanding for possible limitations and be ready to accompany him on his further journey. Anyone who wants to give a loving senior with a big heart a chance will find a loyal companion in Rambo, who gratefully accepts every attention and affection. Rambo is looking forward to getting to know his heart's people.

Unser liebenswerter Rambo ist ein 9-jähriger Mops, der auf der Suche nach Menschen ist, die ihm mit Geduld, Verständnis und ganz viel Liebe einen schönen Lebensabend schenken möchten. Rambo ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Hund. Er versteht sich gut mit anderen Hunden und begegnet auch Menschen stets freundlich und offen. Besonders geniesst er Zuneigung, Streicheleinheiten und die Nähe seiner Bezugspersonen. Aufgrund seines Alters und seiner gesundheitlichen Situation sieht Rambo nicht mehr besonders gut. Ausserdem bringt er aktuell noch deutlich zu viele Kilos auf die Waage. Die gute Nachricht: Er hat bereits 2 Kilogramm abgenommen und ist motiviert, seinen Weg zu einem gesünderen Gewicht weiterzugehen. Momentan benötigt Rambo mehrere kleinere Spaziergänge über den Tag verteilt, da er längere Strecken noch nicht gewohnt ist. Mit der richtigen Unterstützung baut er jedoch stetig Kondition auf und zeigt sich dabei sehr lernwillig und motiviert. Für Rambo wünschen wir uns ein Zuhause bei rasseerfahrenen Menschen oder bei Personen, die sich bewusst mit den gesundheitlichen Herausforderungen der Mops-Zucht auseinandergesetzt haben.
