Lucky neve nagyon ironikus, mivel az élete fiatal korában sem volt szerencsés... Egyszer egy idős nő árvaházából fogadta el, aki nem volt időben és akaratban, hogy Lucky-t megfelelően gondozza – a nagyunokája szórakoztatásának céljából a látogatások során. Amikor Lucky később túl sokáig maradt, átadta egy házatlan embernek, ismét nem tudva megfelelően gondozni ezt a fiatal lányt. Átküldött, Lucky kissé ideges, amikor új emberekkel találkozik, de látjuk, hogy gyorsan megszeret egy embert, aki gondoskodik róla. Jelenleg egy családi házban él egy anyával és lányával, és jól ellátott. Lucky szereti a család gyermekét, és jól sétálnak együtt. Sajnos még nem ismerjük jól Lucky tapasztalatait más kutyákkal való kapcsolatáról, vagy hogyan viselkedne városi környezetben, mi ijeszti meg, mi teszi boldoggá – de azt tudjuk, hogy a következő otthon, ahová Lucky kerül, az mindig az otthona lesz. Ezért most keresünk tapasztalt és türelmes otthont, hogy újra kezdje Lucky életét, megadja neki a kutyakor és serdülőkorát, amit elmulasztott. Lucky nagyon okos, és gyorsan tanul, ráadásul (finom) ételre motivált, ezért a képzése kellemes és könnyű. Mivel számtalan alkalommal átküldték, fókuszál rá "az emberére" mint az egyetlen állandó dolog az életében, ezért javasoljuk jövőbeli családjának, hogy korán kezdjen bizalom- és függetlenségképzést, hogy ne alakuljon ki elszigeteltségi szorongás. Mivel jelenleg egy kb. 10 éves gyerekkel jól él, elképzelhető, hogy jól illeszkedne egy nyugodt, okos gyermekkel rendelkező családba. Ugyanakkor a szülőknek tapasztaltaknak és tisztában kell lenniük az idővel és nyugalommal, amit a családjukba fogadott kutyához kell fordítani, aki eltette és kivett többször – lassú, stabil rutinok, ismétlődő tevékenységek, a megbízható dolgoktól való biztosítás lesz a kulcs Lucky új életéhez. Vállmagassága 58 cm, és jelenleg teszteljük a mediterrán betegségekre.

Lucky's name is quite ironic, as she has been anything but lucky in her young life..... Once adopted from the campo by an elderly woman who did not have the time nor will to take care of Lucky - for the supposed purpose of the entertainment of the grandchild during the visits. When Lucky then became too much of a nuisance, she was handed over to a homeless person, again without means to properly take care of this young girl. Passed around, Lucky has become a bit nervous when meeting new people at first, but we can see that she very quickly bonds with a person who is taking care of her. At the moment she is staying in a family home with a mother and a daughter, and is well taken care of. Lucky loves the family's child and they go walking well together. Unfortunately we do not yet know much about Lucky's experiences with other dogs, or how she would behave in a city environment, what makes her scared, what makes her happy - but we do know that the next home Lucky goes to, must be her forever home. Therefore we are now looking for an experienced and patient home to restart Lucky's life, give her the puppy time and teenage growing period that she has been missing out on. Lucky is very clever and learns quickly, she is also (delicious) food motivated, so training with her is pleasant and easy. Having been passed around countless of times, she does get focused on "her human" as the one constant thing in her life, so we recommend her future family to start early on with confidence and independence training, in order not to develop separation anxiety. As she is currently living with an approximate 10-year old child very nicely, we can imagine she could well join a family with a calm, educated child. At the same time, the parents must be experienced, and aware of the time and calmness it will take, to receive a dog into their family that has been abandoned and thrown around many times - slow, steady routines, repeating activities, reassurance from familiar things will be the key for Lucky to start her life fresh. Her shoulder height is 58cm and we are currently testing her for Mediterranean diseases.
