Il nome di Lucky è abbastanza ironico, poiché lei non è mai stata fortunata nella sua giovane vita..... Adottata una volta dal campo da una donna anziana che non aveva il tempo né la volontà di prendersi cura di Lucky - per lo scopo supposto di intrattenere il nipote durante le visite. Quando Lucky divenne troppo fastidiosa, fu data a una persona senza tetto, nuovamente senza mezzi per prendersi cura di questa ragazza. Passata da un posto all'altro, Lucky diventa un po' nervosa quando incontra persone nuove all'inizio, ma possiamo vedere che si lega molto velocemente a chi si prende cura di lei. Al momento è in una casa familiare con una madre e una figlia, e viene bene presa in cura. Lucky ama il bambino della famiglia e vanno bene insieme a passeggiare. Sfortunatamente non conosciamo ancora molto sulle esperienze di Lucky con altri cani, o come si comporterebbe in un ambiente urbano, cosa la spaventa, cosa la rende felice - ma sappiamo che la prossima casa di Lucky deve essere la sua casa per sempre. Per questo stiamo cercando ora una casa esperta e paziente per rilanciare la vita di Lucky, darle il periodo di cucciolo e l'età adolescenziale che ha perso. Lucky è molto intelligente e impara rapidamente, ed è anche (deliziosamente) motivata dal cibo, quindi addestrare lei è piacevole ed facile. Essendo passata da tante mani, lei si concentra sul "suo umano" come l'unica cosa costante nella sua vita, quindi consigliamo alla futura famiglia di iniziare presto con l'addestramento alla fiducia e all'autonomia, per evitare l'ansia da separazione. Poiché al momento vive con un bambino di circa 10 anni molto bene, possiamo immaginare che potrebbe benissimo unirsi a una famiglia con un bambino calmo e istruito. Nello stesso tempo, i genitori devono essere esperti e consapevoli del tempo e della tranquillità che ci vorrà per accogliere un cane che è stato abbandonato e buttato via molte volte - routine lente e costanti, attività ripetute, rassicurazione da cose familiari saranno la chiave per far iniziare a Lucky una nuova vita. L'altezza alle spalle è 58 cm e stiamo attualmente testandola per le malattie mediterranee.

Lucky's name is quite ironic, as she has been anything but lucky in her young life..... Once adopted from the campo by an elderly woman who did not have the time nor will to take care of Lucky - for the supposed purpose of the entertainment of the grandchild during the visits. When Lucky then became too much of a nuisance, she was handed over to a homeless person, again without means to properly take care of this young girl. Passed around, Lucky has become a bit nervous when meeting new people at first, but we can see that she very quickly bonds with a person who is taking care of her. At the moment she is staying in a family home with a mother and a daughter, and is well taken care of. Lucky loves the family's child and they go walking well together. Unfortunately we do not yet know much about Lucky's experiences with other dogs, or how she would behave in a city environment, what makes her scared, what makes her happy - but we do know that the next home Lucky goes to, must be her forever home. Therefore we are now looking for an experienced and patient home to restart Lucky's life, give her the puppy time and teenage growing period that she has been missing out on. Lucky is very clever and learns quickly, she is also (delicious) food motivated, so training with her is pleasant and easy. Having been passed around countless of times, she does get focused on "her human" as the one constant thing in her life, so we recommend her future family to start early on with confidence and independence training, in order not to develop separation anxiety. As she is currently living with an approximate 10-year old child very nicely, we can imagine she could well join a family with a calm, educated child. At the same time, the parents must be experienced, and aware of the time and calmness it will take, to receive a dog into their family that has been abandoned and thrown around many times - slow, steady routines, repeating activities, reassurance from familiar things will be the key for Lucky to start her life fresh. Her shoulder height is 58cm and we are currently testing her for Mediterranean diseases.
