Lima is a sweet, clumsy good-natured dog who has entered the Bommelerwaard Animal Shelter in Zaltbommel. If you're interested, please contact them. Lima was found as a stray and unfortunately no one claimed her. She's now looking for a new home where she can be herself. I am a loving but sometimes clumsy dog with a big heart. My enthusiasm and clumsiness make me not the best fit for families with children. I mean well, but I can sometimes be a bit awkward. My new owner should also consider that I might break something occasionally due to my clumsiness. With other dogs, I get along reasonably well, as long as the introduction is done calmly and carefully. Dogs of my own caliber are best suited for me; I don't like small dogs very much. I love going on walks and don't mind other dogs or traffic. Being alone at home is still a challenge for me. This will need to be built up gradually and calmly. In my kennel, it has been observed that I have difficulty being alone, so my new owners will need to invest time and patience in this. Here at the shelter, they've noticed that I can be more relaxed and better on my own after staying a bit longer. Additionally, there is an important point: I must receive hypoallergenic food for the rest of my life. It's crucial to take this into account, as otherwise, I will get very itchy. Are you looking for a loyal, loving, and sometimes lovably clumsy companion? Maybe Lima could be the dog for you. I look forward to finding my own warm place. Currently, I am participating in Dutch Cell Dogs, which I find really interesting. I have to do all sorts of things and even get hypoallergenic treats, what more could you ask for? Because of this participation, I won't be able to leave until later. My last course day is on 30-07-2026. Also, I will be spayed before I can move in. But feel free to come and meet me! Lima zit in Dierenasiel De Bommelerwaard, te Zaltbommel. Als u interesse heeft neem dan met hun contact op. Lima is de naam, ik ben als zwerver binnengekomen en helaas heeft niemand zich gemeld die mij mist. Daarom ben ik nu op zoek naar een nieuw thuis waar ik helemaal mezelf mag zijn. Ik ben een lieve, wat lompe goedzak met een groot hart. Door mijn enthousiasme en mijn lompigheid ben ik niet de meest geschikte hond voor een gezin met kinderen. Ik bedoel het goed, maar ik kan soms wat onhandig uit de hoek komen. Mijn nieuwe eigenaar moet er dan ook rekening mee houden dat ik soms door mijn lompigheid nog wel eens iets kapot kan maken. Met andere honden kan ik redelijk overweg, mits de kennismaking rustig en goed wordt opgebouwd. Honden van mijn eigen kaliber passen het beste bij mij, kleine honden houdt ik niet zo van. Ik vind het heerlijk om lekker te gaan wandelen en geef dan ook niks om andere honden of verkeer. Alleen thuis zijn vind ik nog lastig. Dit zal stap voor stap en rustig opgebouwd moeten worden. In mijn kennel heb ik laten zien dat ik moeite kan hebben met alleen zijn, dus mijn nieuwe baasjes zullen hier geduld en tijd in moeten steken. Hier in het asiel merken ze al dat, nu ik er iets langer zit, al rustig en beter alleen kan zijn. Daarnaast heb ik een belangrijk aandachtspunt: ik moet mijn hele leven hypoallergeen voer krijgen. Het is erg belangrijk dat hier rekening mee gehouden wordt, want anders krijg ik erg veel jeuk. Ben jij op zoek naar een trouwe, lieve en soms heerlijk onhandige maat? Misschien ben ik dan wel de hond die bij jou past. Ik kijk ernaar uit om mijn eigen warme plek te vinden. Op dit moment doe ik nog mee met Dutch Cell Dogs en ik vind dat reuze interessant. Ik moet allemaal dingen doen en krijg er ook nog (hypoallergeen) snoep voor, wat wil je nog meer. Doordat ik hier aan mee doe, mag ik ook pas later weg.
