NAYLA

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 10 months

NAYLA, a young and beautiful dog, urgently needs a new home. Sometimes things don't go as we hope. ❤️ NAYLA came to Germany from Romania in mid-September and was adopted by her foster family in Mönchengladbach just two weeks later. The joy of having her as a new family member was great, but unfortunately, the happiness didn't last long. NAYLA now needs a new home where she can stay forever. One thing is certain: NAYLA did nothing wrong! ❤️ Her owner developed a severe dog hair allergy that makes further cohabitation impossible. That's why we are looking for people who can give NAYLA a new chance and lovingly accompany her on her journey. NAYLA already has some great foundations for living together: ✔️ She is house trained. ✔️ She sleeps through the night. ✔️ She can be alone for up to two hours. ✔️ She waits patiently at the curb before moving on. ✔️ She also shows good approaches when leaving and entering the house and waits patiently. ✔️ She doesn't beg at the dinner table. NAYLA brings some great basics for living together. This is a great foundation to build on! What NAYLA needs: NAYLA is a young dog who still needs to learn to feel safe in our world and to relax. That's why we want people with loving, consistent and confident leadership. Experience with dogs would be an advantage. Currently, the following things are on her learning plan: Finding peace: NAYLA is learning to relax in everyday life and not react to every stimulus. She needs time, patience and people who give her security. Doorbell and visitors: The doorbell and dealing with visitors still need to be practiced patiently. NAYLA needs people who can guide her calmly and help her deal with such situations. What we wish for NAYLA: We are looking for people who understand that NAYLA is a young dog who still needs to learn. They should not demand too much from her at once, but show her with patience, structure and loving consistency how beautiful and safe everyday life can be. NAYLA should not be passed on again. She deserves a home where she can arrive and stay forever. Who will give NAYLA the chance at her ultimate happiness? If you are seriously interested, we look forward to your message so we can find out together whether NAYLA and her future home are a good match. Your contact person Jenni is looking forward to your inquiry via WhatsApp at 28 or by email at jenni. org You can also apply directly via our self-disclosure, which you can find here: www. seelentiere. org/vermittlung/selbstauskunft (copy the link and paste it in a new window). NAYLA will be neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed and chipped with an EU pet passport after a positive pre-check with a deposit of € 500. NAYLA will not be given to kennel or outdoor housing.

About NAYLA

What life with NAYLA looks like

NAYLA is a medium-sized puppy mixed breed dog waiting at Seelentiere e.V. in Germany.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Dogs and cats typically leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with an EU pet passport.

Frequently asked

Adopting NAYLA, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about NAYLA?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Seelentiere e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw NAYLA on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt NAYLA if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Seelentiere e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is NAYLA already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if NAYLA isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Seelentiere e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know NAYLA and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
