On the evening of July 5, after 10:00 p.m., a wolf-like dog ran into the stairwell of the building at Bauskas Street 205 in Riga. Most likely, the dog had been frightened by thunder. Since Ača was chipped and registered, we had hoped for a quick and happy outcome... Unfortunately, the phone number listed in the database no longer exists. A note indicating the animal's location was left in the mailbox at the address provided by the owner and the dog—Kazdangas Street—but volunteers quite purposefully set out to locate the owner. In the end, however, we had to conclude that the dog was probably one belonging to a nearby allotment garden, and the address listed in the registry was not the actual one but rather the nearest official address. And no one ever came forward to look for the dog... Ača is a lovely, good-natured wolf-like senior dog, full of life wisdom. She would be an ideal companion and friend for a senior couple. She would thrive best in a private house with a fenced yard.

Tā kā Ača bija čipēta un reģistrēta, cerējām uz ātru laimīgo iznākumu… Diemžēl datubāzē norādītais tālruņa numurs vairs neeksistē. Īpašnieka un suņa norādītās adreses pastkastītē Kazdangas ielā tika atstāta zīmīte par dzīvnieka atrašanās vietu, un brīvprātīgie diezgan mērķtiecīgi iesaistījās saimnieka apzināšanā, taču beigu galā nācās secināt: būs kādu netālu esošo mazdārziņu suns, un reģistrā norādīta nevis reālā, bet tuvākā oficiālā adrese. Un neviens suni tā arī nav meklējis… Ača ir feina, labdabīga vilkveidīga sune seniores vecumā, pilna ar dzīves gudrību. Būs ideāli piemērota kā kompanjone un draudzene kādam senioru pārim. Piemērota dzīvei privātmājā ar slēgtu pagalmu.
