Πάσχα Μέρα του Εργασίας... και νόμιζα ότι θα το περάσουμε χαλαρώνοντας. Μην είστε τρελοί, ο Dougie χρειαζόταν απόφαση! Ο Dougie είναι ένας χαρισματικός μεικτός σκύλος με το ωραιότερο πρόσωπο. Δίνει τα μαλακότερα φιλιά, αγαπά τα τσιμπούδια και ακόμα μεγαλώνει στα μακριά πόδια και τα μεγάλα αυτιά του. Θα γίνει ένας πραγματικά όμορφος, μεγαλοπρεπής νεαρός όταν αναπτυχθεί. Εργαστήκαμε συνεργαζόμενοι με μια άλλη αποκατάσταση για να φέρουμε τον Dougie σε ασφάλεια από το προηγούμενο σπίτι του. Είχε μείνει έξω σε μια πολυτελή ισόγεια βεράντα και όχι μέσα στο διαμέρισμα, και όταν έφτασε, ήταν πολύ καταπονημένος, σχεδόν τρώγοντας το πρώτο του κανονικό γεύμα. Από τότε ο Dougie έχει αποκτήσει όμορφα τον φιλοξενητικό του σπιτιά, γρήγορα φτιάχνοντας τον εαυτό του την άνεση και μέρος της οικογένειας. Διαμένει τώρα στο φιλοξενητικό του σπίτι με πολλούς Bulldogs που είναι πολύ κοινωνικοί και τον έχουν καλωσορίσει με άνετα πόδια. Ο Dougie αγαπά να παίζει μαζί τους στον κήπο και ξεχειλίζει ένα καλό παιχνίδι του tug με τα παιχνίδια του. Θα ήταν ευχαριστημένος να μοιραστεί το σπίτι του για πάντα με έναν άλλο σκύλο. Όπως πολλά νεαρά κουτάβια, είναι ένας υπέροχος άσχετος, χαρούμενος νεαρός. Πλούσιος σε ενέργεια στη μια στιγμή, και στην επόμενη έχει πέσει πλήρως στο κρεβάτι του. Ο Dougie επισκέφθηκε τον κτηνίατρο πρόσφατα για τα εμβόλιά του και έκανε την αρχή με όλους τους ανθρώπους που συναντήσαν. Το προσωπικό του αγαπήσαν αμέσως, υποστηρίζοντας πόσο χαριτωμένος και μαλακός ήταν. Δεν έδωσε καθόλου προσοχή στις ινjεκτιονs του και χαριστικά έδωσε φιλιά και τσιμπούδια σε όλους. Παρά το γεγονός ότι ήταν λίγο θορυβώδης στο ταξίδι προς τον κτηνίατρο, η όλη διένευση τον έστειλε στον ύπνο στο δρόμο πίσω. Δεν γνωρίζουμε την ακριβή καταγωγή του Dougie. Πιστεύουμε ότι έχει κάποιο Husky, αλλά πέρα από αυτό, είναι όποιος ξέρει. Ακόμα μαθαίνει τα πάντα για τη ζωή στο σπίτι, οπότε θα χρειαστεί ένας υποψήφιος υιοθεσίας που θα είναι αφοσιωμένος να παρέχει δομή, όρια και οδηγίες για να τον βοηθήσει να γίνει ένας καλά συμπεριφερόμενος ενήλικας. Ο Dougie θα μπορούσε να ταιριάξει σε μια οικογένεια με παιδιά, ιδανικά ηλικίας 12 και άνω. Είναι φιλικός και κοινωνικός, αλλά ακόμα πολύ νεαρός, οπότε θα δείξει τυπικές συμπεριφορές νεαρού. Δεν έχει ακόμα δοκιμαστεί με γάτες, αλλά αυτό είναι κάτι που θα είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι να οργανώσουμε για έναν υποψήφιο υιοθεσίας.

He's the kind of boy who doesn't just enter a room… he arrives! 😍 He's grown into a big, exuberant young lad with a huge personality and plenty of energy, and yes… that can be a lot to handle. But behind all that bounce is a gorgeous young dog who simply needs the right person to help him channel all that enthusiasm into becoming the wonderful adult dog he's capable of being. 💪🐾 THE “SAVE THE SHOULDERS” PROGRAMME! Because Dougie, darling… We are NOT being dragged down the road, thank you very muchly! 🤪😂 So it's back to basics for this handsome boy. Engagement. Boundaries. Training. Consistency. Learning how to focus that busy brain. ❤️🐾 🐾 Dougie's story Dougie hasn't had the easiest start in life. As a puppy, he was abandoned on a balcony six floors up . 💔 Not exactly the start any little one deserves. From there, he went into foster, where he learned how to settle and live alongside the big girls — and now he's back with us, ready for the next stage of his journey. We're going to help him learn the ropes. ❤️🐾 Dougie is still only a baby in many ways. At just 8 months old , he has a lot of growing, learning and maturing still to do. This isn't a boy for a first-time dog owner. He needs someone who is experienced, confident and sensible around big, strong, enthusiastic dogs . Someone who understands that training isn't something you do for five minutes and then forget about. Someone who enjoys working with their dog. And someone who won't be overwhelmed when Dougie decides that excitement is the answer to absolutely everything! 😂❤️🐾 🏡 Dougie's ideal home Dougie needs a big home with a big dog lover . He needs space, structure, engagement and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. You will probably need to accept that this rather large boy may eventually decide that your lap is actually his lap. 😳😂❤️ Dougie is not suitable for families with young children , simply because his size and enthusiasm could easily knock a little one over. He could potentially live with dog-savvy, sensible older children , ideally aged around 12–14 years and above , depending on the individual home and circumstances. ❤️ Could you be Dougie's person? It's easy to look at a bouncy, excitable young dog and think… But Dougie doesn't need someone who wants less dog. Someone who sees past the excitement and sees the young dog underneath. Someone who is prepared to invest time into training, engagement and consistency. Someone who can guide him without giving up on him.
