May Day Bank Holiday… e abbiamo pensato di trascorrerlo in relax. Non essere sciocco, Dougie aveva bisogno di essere salvato! Dougie è un cucciolo di razza mista grazioso con il volto più dolce. Dà i baci più teneri, ama un abbraccio e sta ancora crescendo per le sue lunghe gambe e grandi orecchie. Diventerà sicuramente un ragazzo veramente bello e maestoso quando crescerà. Abbiamo lavorato insieme ad un altro soccorso per portare Dougie in sicurezza dalla sua precedente casa. Era stato tenuto fuori su un balcone di un palazzo alto invece che dentro l'appartamento, e quando è arrivato era estremamente magro, quasi si è mangiato il suo primo pasto decente. Da allora, Dougie si è adattato perfettamente alla sua casa di accoglienza, facendosi rapidamente comodo e diventando parte della famiglia. Condivide attualmente la sua casa di accoglienza con diversi bulldog, che sono molto sociali e lo hanno accolto con le zampe aperte. A Dougie piace giocare con loro nel giardino e apprezzare un buon gioco di tiro con i suoi giochi. Sarebbe felice di condividere la sua casa per sempre con un altro cane. Come molti cuccioli giovani, è un ragazzone meravigliosamente buffo e goffo. Ecco pieno di energia un momento, poi completamente addormentato nella sua gabbia il successivo. Dougie ha recentemente visitato il veterinario per le sue vaccinazioni e ha incantato tutti quelli che ha incontrato. Il personale si è subito innamorato di lui, lodando quanto fosse dolce e dolce. Non era affatto turbato dalle sue iniezioni e ha distribuito baci e abbracci a tutti. Sebbene fosse un po' rumoroso durante il viaggio, l'eccitazione lo ha mandato a dormire subito sul ritorno. Non conosciamo esattamente la razza di Dougie. Crediamo che abbia alcuni Husky, ma al di là di questo, è una questione di indovinello. Sta ancora imparando i segreti della vita in casa, quindi avrà bisogno di un adottatore che sia impegnato a fornire struttura, limiti e guida per aiutarlo a crescere in un adulto ben educato. Dougie potrebbe andare bene per una famiglia con bambini, idealmente di età 12 anni e oltre. È amichevole e socievole, ma è ancora molto un cucciolo, quindi mostrerà comportamenti tipici dei cuccioli. Non è ancora stato testato con i gatti, ma questo è qualcosa per cui saremmo felici di organizzare per un potenziale adottatore.

He's the kind of boy who doesn't just enter a room… he arrives! 😍 He's grown into a big, exuberant young lad with a huge personality and plenty of energy, and yes… that can be a lot to handle. But behind all that bounce is a gorgeous young dog who simply needs the right person to help him channel all that enthusiasm into becoming the wonderful adult dog he's capable of being. 💪🐾 THE “SAVE THE SHOULDERS” PROGRAMME! Because Dougie, darling… We are NOT being dragged down the road, thank you very muchly! 🤪😂 So it's back to basics for this handsome boy. Engagement. Boundaries. Training. Consistency. Learning how to focus that busy brain. ❤️🐾 🐾 Dougie's story Dougie hasn't had the easiest start in life. As a puppy, he was abandoned on a balcony six floors up . 💔 Not exactly the start any little one deserves. From there, he went into foster, where he learned how to settle and live alongside the big girls — and now he's back with us, ready for the next stage of his journey. We're going to help him learn the ropes. ❤️🐾 Dougie is still only a baby in many ways. At just 8 months old , he has a lot of growing, learning and maturing still to do. He's big, he's strong and he's enthusiastic — but with the right guidance, structure and commitment, we believe this boy has the potential to become something really special. 🐶 A little bit about Dougie ❤️ 8 months old 🐾 Big, bouncy and full of personality 🎓 Back to basics with training and engagement 💪 Strong and enthusiastic 🐶 Active boy who needs an active lifestyle 🍖 Raw fed 💉 Vaccinated 📍 Microchipped 🏡 Currently in Nottinghamshire Dougie is going to need a very particular kind of home . This isn't a boy for a first-time dog owner. He needs someone who is experienced, confident and sensible around big, strong, enthusiastic dogs . Someone who understands that training isn't something you do for five minutes and then forget about. Someone who enjoys working with their dog. And someone who won't be overwhelmed when Dougie decides that excitement is the answer to absolutely everything! 😂❤️🐾 🏡 Dougie's ideal home Dougie needs a big home with a big dog lover . He needs space, structure, engagement and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. You will probably need to accept that this rather large boy may eventually decide that your lap is actually his lap. 😳😂❤️ Dougie is not suitable for families with young children , simply because his size and enthusiasm could easily knock a little one over. He could potentially live with dog-savvy, sensible older children , ideally aged around 12–14 years and above , depending on the individual home and circumstances. ❤️ Could you be Dougie's person? It's easy to look at a bouncy, excitable young dog and think… But Dougie doesn't need someone who wants less dog. Someone who sees past the excitement and sees the young dog underneath. Someone who is prepared to invest time into training, engagement and consistency. Someone who can guide him without giving up on him.
